(Psalm 37:1-2) Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong; for like the grass they will soon wither like green plants they will soon die away.
My heart goes out to the 
young adults of this generation. There is so much offered to them today that actually pushes them away from God. So much worldliness is being presented with such glamour, it is alluring to the child who does not know Our Father. We must monitor and limit their contact with the media that’s out there. I remember growing up idolizing the local drug dealers and hustlers (and I was in thechurch). That was before “thug life” was acceptable as a normal role in our society. But, as God has allowed me to survive that and all the “stuff” that comes with it, I now look at the ones I foolishly looked up to in the past. Most of them are now in poverty, incarcerated, or dead. I thank My God for making me a survivor, and that’s why I write this note of inspiration, to tell someone and everyone … that Jesus Christ is the light of the world… “Just “confess with your mouth and believe with your heart”. He is the “true” answer to every question. See Romans 10:9
Pray this prayer with me:
“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
