Listen for your PURPOSE…

Know and always remember your purpose for being here – this is the purpose for why you’re up under so much attack, experiencing setbacks, loss and a flood of disappointments. Don’t wallow in sadness and depression or settle in an attitude of despair and feeling sorry for yourself. Don’t fret about anything strange you see happening to you, within you or around you. Keep walking. Keep moving forward. God’s divine and lasting favor and promises rests greatly over you. Nothing and no one changes His thoughts toward you. Not even you.

Remember:

Jesus has plans for it ALL. You’re the apple of His eye. Your purpose has been set up and gifted to you by His eternal grace and design. You’re here to receive and experience all your days ~ABUNDANT LIVING~ even in THIS. So, be still and Know He is GOD. He has lots more in store for you – if you choose to patiently and faithfully wait for Him, you’ll see with your own eyes everything change for the better. You’ll see “every promise with a now” come to pass – all in due time. Believe the report of the Lord. See with the spiritual eyes of heart, not your natural eyes. They’ll deceive you, as this is what the devil wants.

The Good Shepherd and His Sheep

10 “I tell you the truth, anyone who sneaks over the wall of a sheepfold, rather than going through the gate, must surely be a thief and a robber! 2 But the one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep recognize his voice and come to him. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 After he has gathered his own flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they know his voice. 5 They won’t follow a stranger; they will run from him because they don’t know his voice.” 6 Those who heard Jesus use this illustration didn’t understand what he meant, 7 so he explained it to them: “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. 8 All who came before me were thieves and robbers. But the true sheep did not listen to them. 9 Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved. They will come and go freely and will find good pastures. 10 The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep.

Pray this prayer with me: Precious Lord Jesus, I love you. Thank you for this time of worship and reflection. Thank you for these moments we spend together as I seek your love and strength. I love you Lord. I need your strength to keep going in this present hour and in the days ahead. I thank you for your sacrifice for me on the Cross.
From your sacrifice, knowing what you did for me, I draw strength and power to face the daily grind of my life. During the coming days I will need your strength to do your will.
I will need your strength to give your love to people who do not know you.
Help me find your strength to keep going so I can let your Light and Love shine out to others. In your presence, I find my purpose for living even when I am weak.
In your kingdom, I am called to be your mature child upon this sphere.
Help me as I try to live out my faith no matter what I must face.
Touch the lives and hearts of everyone I pray for each day. If you must make a choice between touching others or touching me, let others be touched before me.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God…Amen!!!
